The NE Region was awarded $68,000 this year to help reduce fatalities in its region (13 counties). Our committee meets regularly, usually once a month, to discuss our plans which include Education and Enforcement.
Certified Child Passenger Technicians for NE Missouri
Not only is it the law, but it's also the safest place for your child....properly restrained in a vehicle. From infants to tweens (yes, tweens!), it is important for the restraint to fit your child. Free car seats and booster seats are available at various health departments and must be installed by a certified child passenger technician. To request a fitting, or inquire about a free car or booster seat, contact your local health department or one of the certified technicians below:
