Ashley Stark

Ashley Stark, Director of Safety & Security at Sedalia 200 School District, is dedicated to the citizens of Sedalia, as she works hard to create better systems to increase traffic safety. Stark has a deep-seated passion for improving safety standards and achieving measurable goals in the reduction of traffic crashes and fatalities.

A few of Ashley’s notable achievements include: founding board member of the Kansas City (Missouri) Coalition for Roadway Safety, sponsor of Sedalia’s TRACTION team, educated elementary students on traffic safety and promoted the newly adopted Hands-Free Law at the Kansas City Regional Coalition booth during the Chief’s Tailgating Experience. Ashley also rode the Sedalia school bus routes to note unsafe areas and is working with the city government, school district, police department and MoDOT to implement strategies to make the bus stops and bus routes safer for all.

Ashley fosters a culture that prioritizes roadway safety with a strong commitment to safeguarding lives and futures.
