Kansas City Coalition for Roadway Safety Grant Application

MISSION: The Kansas City Coalition for Roadway Safety is a community of advocates dedicated to making our roadways safer by decreasing traffic fatalities and serious injuries within our 9 counties. We focus on education, community partnerships and outreach, enforcement, and leadership that advances Missouri’s strategic highway safety plan.

Important Notice Before You Begin Your Application:

This application is a single‑use form. You will not be able to revise or revisit this application. 

Once you begin, you must complete and submit it in one session. You will not be able to save your progress, exit, and return later.

To ensure you are prepared:

• It is strongly recommended that you download the application questions and complete your responses at your own pace.
• When you are fully ready to submit, copy and paste your completed answers into the online KC‑MCRS Grant Application.
• Please remember: The KC‑MCRS application can only be submitted once.

AWARD NOTIFICATION: MoDOT Agreements will be sent in July.  Fiscal Year July 1 – June 30.
